Neither one is better. I would still buy the Subaru though if I had to choose. Someone change my mind. Is the GR Corolla like a bulletproof beast? I just keep hearing its a shitbox and doesn't drive great.

Bring back hard body lines and functional design.

Everything now has too many randomly shaped things. Look at the headlights, what would you even describe those as? And the honeycomb above the foglights? Why? Doesn't look like a brake duct? Maybe?

I've never driven a CRC but I like the idea of it and it checks a lot of boxes of being a fun enthusiast car. I was actually considering looking more into one (and other cars), but all the dealership ADM non-sense just convinced to stick with my STI.

 

For street driving, what does a GRC do better than an STI?

 

The new WRX looks like a lowered RAV4. I can’t for the life of me understand why Subaru is trying to incorporate the cross-over SUV looks into their trademark enthusiast car. It just looks tragic.

The GRC looks great. Hot hatch, AWD, 6 speed….it’s just too small for me. And I’m not sold on the long term potential of a 3 cyl turbo.

Seems like the GRC is the closest thing to an STI these days.
