Sorry guys, the pics I took last night withe my cousin's camera didn't turn out so great. I will take some this weekend when there is Sunlight.

As for the lock, is a 7 sided lug with that slot to fit the lock socket on there. "Supposely" this will prevent theft, but I doubt it. I can jam a 12 point socket in there and break it loose with my 1/2" drive rachet. So far, I show no sign of lugs coming loose on its own.

Conclusion: Looks rather than protect if you choose to go this route.

I've been looking for something to swap the acorns out with on my bbs and have found a few. But it keeps falling back on if they will eventually back out. I want to get some higher end ones that are locking type of some sort. I know the gorillas work great b/c they are keyed and have kept another set of rims on a previous car from being stolen.

Hate to hijack, but i have been looking for a set for lugs for my RE30.
wanted the rays formula but way too expensive to get them up to canada. I visited Welcome to Dali Racing - Complete Acura NSX and Integra Type R Modifications and they had a set of the Project Kics 26 for $129. Turns out they are only for NSX, but the owner said he would make a special trip to his supplier to get the correct ones and charge only slightly more than the advertised price.

Big shout out to Mark Johnson at Daliracing outstanding customer service.

Cheers:tup:

I just bought the Project Kics from Works Concepts (big ups to Eric...do people still say big ups?) and these things are georgous. These are very light and supposedly very strong. I haven't put them on my ride yet but is a very good option if you're looking for an independently rotating seat, like the McGards.

Combat: thanks for posting the pics of the lugs side by side. I feel a lot better now about putting these on now that I see that the OEM BBS rims will work just fine with an aftermarket lug nut, although my doubts didn't stop me from putting on the Gorrila nuts.

Steve: That price for these lugs is VERY good. Eric at Works Concepts let these go for a very good deal as well. Just be sure. There are two kits, one with and one without locks. The locks will keep the amateurs away.
