Before anybody starts yelling at me: I googled and I already searched and I found a lot of answers.
I'm still wondering.
Here's what happened today:
Believe it or not but my STi is my first manual car I'm driving daily.
Like you can imagine the first week, maybe two weeks were hell. Every red light was my biggest enemy - launching my car from a still stand lmaoooo
Anyways. As my driving is almost flawless I started trying myself in all the fancy stuff like down shifting.
So as I'm doing a few downshifts on my way home from work just to be comfortable with it I missed 3rd gear and and didn't get into gear. Means while I kick the clutch, press gas and hammer the stick into nowhere ( like I did when I was 13 lmaoooooo) I push gas and rev my engine pretty quick to 7k with my clutch fully engaged since I noticed that I didn't get into gear.
I gave it a moment until rpm started to drop again and took my foot of the clutch. Pressed again put in gear and disengage clutch and keep driving. Everything normal besides me cursing like an idiot at myself.
Right after that I believe to have noticed that my clutch is really soft while driving, but as soon as is slow down or approach a light etc it's actually really stiff like it always been ( the 2 months I have it now).
I parked it at home for a while and took it for a spin again later to see if I'm just paranoid. But I really think it's softer than it should be while it still disengages all the way out without getting stuck.
All kind of stuff from jammed flywheel to leak of fluid or total dead of Master Cylinder is what I find.
Nobody though says anything about it being irregular. When I'm accelerating its really soft while it's nice and stiff when I slow down.
Any experiences? Advice?
Thanks for the help!
