For the past nine months since my last post here, this has been my setup:

RCE Bilsteins
RCE Blacks
Whiteline 22mm front bar set to stiff (22.5)
Whiteline 20mm rear bar set to stiff (21)

As noted above, the car had a little more body roll and understeer. It wasn't troublesome, and the car handled great, but it just didn't quite feel how I wanted it to feel. Basically, there was a slight hesitation at turn in, and at times it felt as though both ends of the car wanted to roll at slightly different times. So overall, it wasn't settling into a corner how I wanted. Conversely, when I was running the 24/22 combo, the car felt too stiff at times, and it similarly wouldn't settle into a corner how I wanted because I couldn't really predict when it's start to roll, and when it started to roll into the turn it was very abrupt.

I've recently upped my rear bar back to 22mm (middle hole), and the car feels PERFECT. It's as though both ends of the car act the same way, they feel more in sync when leaning into a corner, and the front end is point and shoot. The body roll is slightly less apparent, it comes on nice and mellow, and it's predictable. Car isn't too stiff either, so for a daily driven car it's great.
