I already put in an efr 6758, I can't imagine a better power curve for a near stock block then that.
Should try something with a billet 71mm comp wheel with the 58mm hot side on a dual ball bearing cartridge. Near identical spool with capability to hit higher than 450whp on e85. Do IT.

Pulled the trigger on the gen 2 gtx3071r. When my build is done and motors properly broken in i will post dyno results. Car has made 330whp and 370wtq on this dyno previously with stock turbo.

My 15' STi with GTX 3576 Gen II is on the dyno today. Pump (94) and E85 plots to follow.
Awesome. Sleeved or closed deck? Injector size and boost target? My gen 2 3576r is at 28.5psi limited by the stock sleeves and semi closed deck case halves. Still i made 550whp on e85. Good luck!

I went with the IAG stage 4 closed deck. ID 1700's. Headgame heads. Stage 1 cams. Process West Intake Manifold. We are expecting 500 on 94 and 650 on e85.

It's like christmas, I cannot wait for this afternoon. LOL

Very nice build. Will this be a straight line car? 650whp in an awd is a bit much. And is there any specs on the cams you used? I feel like with the x3576r i need like a 272/272 or a hair smaller and rev it out to 7800rpms to make use of the turbo fully. Especially if you wanna hit 650whp mark. Thats around like the 34 to 35 psi boost mark. Hopefully the valve train will be up to snuff. Again Good Luck! Also dont forget about maybe getting larger injectors than 1700s. With my double pumper in a surge tank to my 1700s i also get a little nervous about leaning out on e85.

Well the results are in and they are awesome.

512 awhp and 400 tq on Petro Canada 94 Octane at 25 pounds of boost.

653 and 550 on E85 at 32 pounds of boost

The Cams are GSC Stage 1 cams.

Intake 266 / 225 @ .040" / Peak Lift 10.8MM / Centerline AVCS
Exhaust 264 / 222 @ .040" / Peak Lift 10.4mm / Centerline AVCS

I have the radium surge tank along with all the required mods really.

I have the plot. But was asked not to post it until the tuning company can apply their watermark.

The peak boost is reached at 4300 RPM along with max torque and they go all the way to redline of 7800 now.

Awesome! Really glad for you it turned out so well! E85 is magic for sure! Would love to hear your impressions after driving it for a couple days and looking forward to seeing the plot as well.
