I removed everything in the interior already for a stereo install.

First you have to remove the e-brake bag by starting at the back and pulling straight up. There are five 'fingers' that hold onto a lip along the passenger side of the bag and then one lower clip that holds onto the front part of the console under the shifter, again, pull straight up.

With the ebrake cover removed, unscrew the philips head screw that became visible, remove the two screws/bolts on the floor of the cargo box under the armrest (remove the felt 'carpet' in the box to expose the bolts). Then pull the front of the center console straight up - there is one push-type clip holding the rear section to the front section.

With that out, lift along the back edge of the shifter surround to pop up the two rear clips, then pull back and rotate up to get the fingers along the front edge of the trim out. Remove the shift knob and life the trim off over it.
