Re: Re: any gauge pod solutions for GR??

I can catch money :D

But you can throw it here too if you like SOLiD Modifications 08+ Impreza/WRX/STi and 2003-2012 Forester Vent Gauge Pod GB! - NASIOC

Group buy is closed but you can still order
It's a very nice product. I got one in to see it in person. And then I had to add it to my website and and order a whole bunch for the masses.

Install is pretty simple.
Holds just about every 52mm gauge.

^^^ Those take up the A/C vent space? I'd melt! Then again, I don't live up near the Arctic Circle like some people...

no you wouldnt! They are made from high temp resistant polymer. Been running this from mid-summer (a/c on full blast) until now (its cold here now, heat on full) and never had an issue. If you want piece of mind, just put Tuck tape on the vent ducts behind the gauges, takes all of ten seconds and it was made for that (the tuck tape). redirects air flow to other vents. No issues!!

Anyone have the 52mm ethanol content gauge in SMY cluster? Wanted to know if it fit.

jcspods.com makes A-pillar gauge pods for the GR wrx/sti. You can get a single, double, or triple pod setup. I have the triple and it works great and they even paint match. I paid $140 for the triple on my sti

Anyone using nDash and a zt-2 from zeitronix?

2 analog ins on the nDash and the ability to display all the zt2 analog inputs is a bonus. I can display 6 inputs with minimal gauges. I was thinking 2 zr2 multi gauges to be in an smy, and everything else displayed on the nDash.

It would be nice not to have it on a suction cup mount like the truck guys but there is something to be said with having it removeable to fool bandits.

Check Ram Mounts for suction cup. These are the best mounts I have used.

I am using innovate motorsports gauges. Reliable and it all can be logged. Check the setup below.

Monster Customs in ATL did the guage pod plate. I like the setup because it was the closest to OEM I could come up with for the 8-14 WRX/STI.
Thanks, I'll be contacting them to see if they can make another one if they still have they mold for it. Btw, I'd the mount clipped in, taped in, or screwed in? And how do the gauges themselves sit? Is it just a plate or are there also cups to support the gauges?
