Even with the AMS GTX kit, and accounting for variations in temp and humidity (assuming dynos are all calibrated the same), TopSpeed is managing what the OP achieved, torque wise. Am I missing something?

IIRC Dom's dyno reads 240whp/240wtq...which may seem high but his self-contained cell is/was fridge-like...it also has excellent airflow...

Nice results! Dom is a great tuner. He has tuned my car twice. Here are results from last year:

nope, no 1/4 sprints...

got the dom1.5 and WAI installed however i may have popped a ringland...no symptoms with good compression and leakdown but i can't get the knock and upper rpm misfires to disappear...

meth helps but, but...the writing is on the wall...

currently interviewing engine builders...

i had an e-tune from CTurner for several months after i installed the dom1.5....car ran OK but in hindsight was a big mistake...i'm feel fortunate that idiot didn't blow my sh1t up...!!!

yesterday i had a retune on same stock block with the dom1.5 and ~450cc of meth as i was never 100% convinced i had an engine problem....

405whp and 427wtq at 21.5psi...MPS FTMW...Dom had it on the dyno for 3hrs....car is dialed....!!!

moral of story: avoid CTurner like a pus dripping whore...!

 

Dont know if i'm missing something, but what are your supporting mods on this dyno pull? I see stock intercooler?

 

Nothing not mentioned already....dom1.5 and AEM meth kit with failsafe...

Stock TMIC...which Dom said was pretty much max'd...

 

Well, thats great news for me! My build is underway for the 2.5xtr. I have a Hyperflow tmic & chose not to go fmic. Means the ic should be able to manage some decent power levels. Am having everything generating heat ceramic coatet & heat wrapped though :tup:

 

Any chance you can post a dyno chart for the methanol tune?
