who's gettin an sti in the LI area?

I am on the Island (Suffolk) and definately looking. I want to test drive the STi and the Evo first before I make a decision though. Haven't heard anythng about local STi meets though. Can't wait to take both out on a couple of very quiet and twisty roads.
Hey guys, i'm out in Suffolk county as well. I'm first at a dealership in Connecticut and should be getting by mid June because as you'd probably both know, most if not all LI dealerships are a bunch of meatheads and are greedy. I would love to start a little LI group.DeeBo803 said:

I am on two lists on Long Island and on another list in New Jersey. I am number 6 on the long island lists and number 3 on New Jersey list. The New Jersey dealer would not even place the order without charging 2 g over msrp! Anyway after some threats to go somewhere else with my deposit they placed the order. We'll see what happens. I set on not paying one cent over MSRP. I don't care how long I have to wait!
Lets stick together and we won't get riped off.

I haven't put my name on a list yet and probably won't either, I work in the auto industry and have many friends at dealerships 2 at Subaru ones. So I am crossing my fingers on that.
So what color combos are all of you getting?

I'm in queens and I'll have my black/gold STi in a little over 31 days. Its a wonderful thing, anyone who wants an STi in the greater ny area should contact SI subaru, if anyone would like a sales person recomendation please let me know and I'll pass his contact info to you privately
I'm shooting for silver/silver or white/silver. There's something about the understated look the silver has and the unique look the white has. Blue will be to popular and every car i've had so far has been black and it's a BITCH! so black is off my list.
