I am hoping I can go right to the place to get my Stonegard installed. Then it will be for window tint and a stereo. Anywhere at first just to break it in. Since I can't really get on it yet it won't really matter where.

well im gonna have to drive it 6 hours back to home, so brreak in for me is gonna happen on the way home prolly a good 300+ miles on it then im gonna hit sum country roads just to see the handling and after that the next day ill get the windows tinted as well!!! unless it can be a factory offering!?!?!??!?! either way i wanna get a dvd screen in there as well then put sum techno beats and hit sum more country roads up here in wisconsin!!!!! and enjoy myself with a great!!!! smile :lol:

then hit sum races hehehehe and of course summer time comes ill be taken it to the best track in the world well atleast i think. Road America ahhaha in elcart lake in wisconsin!

I love liven here lol becasue its only 45 minutes away from me!!! looks like ill be purchasing a season pass this summer!!!!lots of fun is gonna happen with this car!! :lol:

Hey FasStAsS_sTi.

I have been on Road America many times! It is definately one of the best tracks in North America. Maybe not too well suited for the STI with all of the super long straights (great for high horsepower cars) but it will be fun through the turns. I will be planning on doing some driving schools with the BMW club as soon as my STI comes in.

I am driving the car directly to my stereo show down the street to get the best alarm they have installed and, if Subaru wants too much to install a stereo similar to the one the current WRX, I will be getting them to throw in stereo and speakers to. I don't really care that much about a stereo, so the stock 6-disc the same as in my WRX is fine - I would rather listen to the car, but you need tunes for long commutes.

i'll be making the rounds visiting all the friends in the MD/DC/No. VA area who've listened to me drone on and on for the past 5+ years about this supercar made by subaru and what an "injustice" it was that we couldn't get the car in the states. then i'll take it home, put in the two car seats in the back and take the wife and kids for a quick spin. stereo and alarm the next day.

My very very first drive I will be driving it home...so I can take pictures of it I'll have to remember to bring my camera to the dealership since I forgot it when I bought my WRX.

After the break-in period, I'll probably call up my friends from our LA Crest mountain drive last week and do that run again...have them give me that map so that I can lead :wink:

Where do you live in Colorado then? Woodland park is a nice area. What dealer are you going with Heuberger? They were always expensive IMO. 24 has some nice turns towards Woodland Park.


For my first drive it will either be from the port (Bremerhaven) about 6 hours of where I live or directly to my house depending on where I get it delivered. Either way I'm not gonna sweat the break in, just let the miles come. I will probably be driving it to work the entire rest of the week, plus church on Sunday which is about an hour 15 mins, so my break in won't last at all.
