I would like o know whats the weight ratio for the STI. in other word, how many pounds would make 1 HP.. :wink: thx

Curb weight (3254 lbs) / crank hp (311.3) = 10.45293928686155 lbs/hp

APS dynoed 311 hp.. so obviously some of us have a littl more then 300

An Australian company named APS imported both a USDM STi and a USDM STi motor (in crate) to do product development. Their baseline tests showed 311.3 hp at the crank, and somewhere upwards of 300 tq (estimate based on the graph).

Take a look at their numbers after some development, toward the bottom of the page! Quite impressive. If I keep seeing numbers like that, it's going to slip my mind that I need to be dropping a T56 tranny into my Camaro.... :roll:
