TRM: I have used Windows Media Player, iTunes, and Nero Burning ROM all successfully. What media are you using? I believe must of my stuff is on Imation or Maxell media. Let me know if you would like me to test anything.

Nero 6.030 Ultra is great..
Roxio CD/DVD creator 6 is good also...
Some pointers:
1) Use quality Media (aka Fuji, etc..) www.cdrinfo.com www.cdrlabs.com, www.cdfreaks.com have a LOT more info
2) If your media is rated @ 16x max, dont burn it @ 52x... :)
3) Update your burner with latest firmware, there are a LOT of fixes there... Refer to manufacturer's web sites for that..
4) get a quality Burner.. I picked up Lite-on 52x24x52 burner for $10 after rebates and Lite-ons are excellent.. Plextor, Lite-on are better brands.... Refer to sites above for CD Burner's reviews
5) burn a little slower than top speed... If your Burner rated @ 52x, media rated @48x I would try burning @ 32x or something.. U lose 30 seconds in burning time, but u wont have coasters ever..
6) Make sure u have a nice PC and that your CD burner doesnt share a primary or secondary controller with hard drive or something... Both take up a lot of bandwidth...
7) Make sure DMA is enabled on CD-rom and u getting max throughput...
8) MAKE SURE YOU CLOSE (aka FINALIZE) THE CD after u burn....

IF u got more questions, shoot me a PM or email or reply here...
I have the nero software also, if u wanna try out...
Good Luck

As weird as this is going to sound, slow down your burns. I have seen it where some radio's can not read discs recorded at certains speeds. Slowing the burning down (say going from 24x to 16x) will work.

I agree with the earlier post: you're probably burning too fast. Same thing happened on my Alpine deck. Recorded at 32X by mistake. Looked fine on the PC. Alpine deck couldn't handle it and started mistracking.

I rip CD's at 320 Kb/s sampling rate and burn at 4X. Perfect duplication...
