Thanks Man. I'm from Mississippi but have been in WA for 3 years now. The roads in and around the Cascades are so much fun to drive...especially with AWD!

Re: ~~ Project Vasubius ~~ 2011 DGM STi Sedan ~~ 25 Sep-New Pics!!

10,000 miles!!!

This car has been amazing. Best purchase I've made...hands down. The community is great, the modding process is exciting and fun, and the driving experience is top notch. Engine is running great with the Stage 1 + SF Intake OTS map.

Stage 2 + Protune at Cobb Surgeline scheduled for October 28th...can't wait!

Amazing experience. These guys made me feel very comfortable and answered all my noob questions with enthusiasm and respect.

Lance tuned the car and it feels like I bought a brand new car. The driving experience has increased 10 fold. Power is constant and extremely smooth. He built multiple custom maps at different boost levels. Then after talking with him, he made me some track tunes that are safe and conservative. In the end...I'm very glad I've gone stage 2 with a protune.

Concerning the Cobb DP to SPT CBE:

Sound is perfect for me! It's a very nice melow rumble. It's noticable without being annoying. The droning that I've heard people complain about is not there. I drove it 120 miles on the hwy at speeds of 60-75 and never encountered cruising droning. I am beyond happy with the sound of this combination. Perfect for me...You know I'm there, you know I'm not stock...but you aren't annoyed!

Re: ~ Vasubius ~ SPT CBE, COBB DP, ProTuned ~ 311hp/332trq w/chart ~ Update:10/28/11

Picked-Up a Daily Driver/Beater (2011 Chevy Silverado 4x4 LT w/ All Star Package)...So the STi can save on the miles and avoid idiot winter drivers!! Also...making 2 big moves in the next year. Using the truck to tow the STi on a flat bed.

Installed R205 Badges

Installed the R205 Side Badges. Pretty straight forward install. Removed the side panels. Heated badges up with hair dryer and peeled them off. I used a razor blade to cut the adhesive and it came off easy. Used more heat and thumb rolled the majority of the adhesive. Then I used 3M Adhesive remover and some elbow grease to get all the residue off. Next, I cleaned with rubbing alchohol and cotton pads. Dried with clean cotton pad. Peeled off the backing to the new badge and stuck it.

JPM E Brake Boot

JPM Quality is solid. Looks amazing and matches perfect. The shifter boot was easy and straight forward. The E Brake boot required more effort and some foresight when using glue. Just follow the instructions...take your time...and you'll have a high end finish that you can be proud of. Thanks JPM and Alex for such a great product!

Thanks man! The fog lights were dealer installed and part of the entire car purchase. I like them for looks only...I can't really tell a difference between on and off...I'm getting the yellow overlays for them soon...looks of course!
