twin turbos Are not that useful on a smallr motor.. Turbos well matched to the displacement of a motor normally create bigger lag on a larger displacement motor because they are obviously largerturbos, so you dont end up over revving then.. and basically spinning them faster htne they can handel.. so a mildly large turbo on a 2.0 or 2.5L motor will be great with a Decent nitrous set up to spool it faster if you are really craving huge HP. The one reason you'd want or need twin is to try and eliminate lag, how ever if you happen to have about 20,000$ to blow .. you could fabricate a zero lag 700HP kit im sure. you must understand if there isnt a kit, everything is fab work, starting with the dual Turbo Exhaust manifold, to the custom piping for your intercooler, and from IC to Intake manifold. Upgraded internals will be a must when doubling the power output of a motor is most all cases, and all I can say is good luck!

subaru itself has moved away from twinturbo set ups on the legacy's. too complicated and expensive, they are now getting better results with the single twin scroll :)
