Re: Tony's STI || S203 Titanium noise box

Installed that and in heavy cornering I've noticed my back end is so much more tighter and feels connected to the car. Rather than the rear wanting to step out it feels so much balanced.

Took an hour or so to install. Spent a good chunk trying to find the right tools lol. The just popped it in and bolted it back in.

In my opinion, It's worth the price tag. It's super easy to reverse if you don't like it. It didn't bring any more noise into the cabin.. However I do notice a slight vibration.

Re: Tony's STI || APR Lip + RE30s + S204 Noisebox

Install a Competition clutch Stage 2 brass and the PST driveshaft

First Impressions: I'm 100 miles into the 300 miles mandatory break in

Not going to lie. I was actually quite nervous hearing and reading reviews on the internet about it. Super chattery, smelling clutch even engaging at 1500 rpm, stiff, noisey etc etc,

From it's first mile to the 100th now. There was a very very very slight chatter, That could be me still getting used to the clutch. Other than that it's almost the "perfect" clutch. No smell, no chatter, no noise. So far I highly recommend it!

I can't say anything for the driveshaft just yet. But I am hitting 5PSi at 3k rpm with about 35% throttle. So it's doing something!

Another one bites the dust! :(

Blah - YouTube

No metal in pan, nor knocks, but CEL but def dead miss. Blew ringland 2 im sure. Was throwing a misfire for cyl 2. clear ECU and no misfire code came back but still missing hard.

But don't worry expensive bottom end is in the works. And blocks coming from Maryland

Sorry to hear/see that :/ seems like you had a backup plan already which is nice. Hope you get it back on the road soon. Done any tests to see exactly what went wrong?

I didn't have a backup plan really. Well it was either buy a 70s-80s 911 or build this thing. Since it blew I guess i'm building this thing haha.

Nope. no real test done but. It has 107k miles on it and it went when I didn't couple pulls to redline to 4th. So. never good. Plugs 2 was covered in oil and 4 had a slight drip of oil but other than that. No real test done.

But either way shit happens. Not going to cry over spilled milk. Bomb proof bottom end till I can afford the rest. Big turbo and big cams :D:D

Okay.

I got somewhat a dilemma right now.

I'm looking into getting a Killer B pick up tube. Is the baffles worth it? I probably won't see track. So the advantages of one seems very minimal on the street. Or is it beneficial doing normal speeds as well.

Re: Tony's STI || IAG - APR - S204 Goodies (Block arrived!)

It's been way too long since i've updated you guys.

First before everything. I'd like to give Boston Motorsports, A HUGE shoutout with working with me and getting everything I needed. Hit them up! Tell them I sent you and you might get a little discount :tup: [email protected]

Found out that I said FU you my cylinder 2 and it looks like it sent everything into the pan. No other places had metal really. Kinda weird not going to complain.

My IAG block finally made it. Just waiting on a few more parts and it'll move again :tup:
