Hello,
I know it may be soon to tell, but, when would be the best time to place an order for an STi if I didn't want the car until the end of the year? i.e Nov.-Dec. I'm in a lease until Oct. and I don't graduate until Dec. :evil:

Now.

With the list of people most decent dealerships have it won't be till then for any new orders anyway. My dealership told me that if anyone were to walk in now and order one they would probably not get it till the end of the year. If you are definitely serious and it's only a matter of timing, I would place the order now and state your case to the salesman. Worse case, I don't think it would be too difficult for the dealership to sell it if it's early.

I was told yesterday that I am #2 on the list, and if I walked in today and was not on the list expect to wait a minimum of 1 year. YIKES! Good thing I got a deposit down!

Hey there Ken. My name is Jason. I would, being a Subie dealer, agree. Order it now..., from me hopefully..., and even if it shows up a tad early you can always ask the dealer to keep it for you for a week or two.
