Ok complete noob question but I can't seem to locate where the throttle is under the hood of the 09 sti, I mean i know where the throttle body is but is there a way to manually rev the throttle by hand?

Throttle under the hood location?
Throttle by wire...only way to rev it is with your right foot on the gas peddle. (If you take a look at the throttle body you'll see a black plastic thing sticking off the side with a couple of wires clipped into it...)
