Yes sir. That is the general plan. Not telling all the specific accoutremonts associated with the implementation because they still need to be ironed out and properly resourced. Already have one H6 engine showing up at my house tomorrow. Still need to source the other one through a donor car with harness, etc. Lots of resourcing to do and have already made contact with several companies in regards to the specific components I want made for me. It will take roughly a year for all of it to be built to my standards. Heck, the custom crank will take 4-6 months by itself.
Something like that....
I'm thinking more like some engines produced in the 70s and 80s, not RBs or R35s...
I figure thirty years later I can add some small improvements on that concept and make something nasty
though that's the dream part of it. I have my list of hard written goals and if i achieve 80% of them
Anything is possible with the right amount of money and time. I had a nice build sheet for some twins on our cars... it just came down to money/hp. If I'm going to twins, why not put in something that revs to the moon and has more displacement?
Thanks. Just know this will not be something for the faint of heart or thin of wallet. Atleast my version won't be. There will be several areas that can be cut down for a more affordable public consumption version.
I may not be in NC when this finishes. I've been in this state for way too long and I need to move if I'm going to keep up my current standard of living (IE funds for STi) once I'm out of the military.
We'll see how things go. Right now it's finding resources on the cheap and saving up for the move. Once the move is done and I'm settled in, then the dishing out of funds will begin in earnest. Right now it's patient procurement and research on options for some of the smaller items. Price hunting if you will.
Hey there, my name is Alex and I am extremely fortunate to own a car of this nature. My first car was a brand new 2011 VW Jetta in white.
Being a passionate car enthusiast who attended the track every week to watch, I wanted to have a car that I could drive around and turn heads, but also...
