Re: [SUBMIT NOW] 2014 IWSTI Calendar Photo Submissions

submitted!
The goal is to feature all submissions. Some will be receive more real estate to cover than others. At the rate we are going, we should just produce a book because the quantity and quality we are receiving is just mind blowing.do the selected get a calender free?

I've printed 11x17 posters from a 6 MP Nikon D70, and they look terrific. Unless this calendar is being printed on the side of a building or your fiancée's 9 MP camera is junk, they would be fine.2 megapixels is acceptable ? Dang, I consider the pics taken with my fiancée's 9 MP camera to be too low res for any acceptable use except plastering them on my journal, yet alone using them for a calendar...
Rest easy though, even if I had high quality pics, I'm not submitting my POS! ^^
Here are some examples of the past calendars we produced. Perhaps once you see that then you would understand why it may not be feasible to give everyone who submitted a free calendar:reason why I asked was, because the requirement was to send a high-res not watermarked.
and made me wonder if the photo was good or too good, where else will it end up
later on, and if the owner of the photo gets a perk for his submission.

That usually happens by mistake. It is a monumental effort to manage the production of the calendar from beginning to end.I see what you are saying, but at the same time, I see a couple of photos repeat
on a certain pages..
No limit at this time.Is there a limit to the # of photos we can submit...?
I would prefer it if you don't submit so as not to create any issues for you or for me.I dont mind submitting/ contributing photos,
I do mind if I lose rights to my own photos,
or them being used for other things other than
calender, with me having no control. just saying.
no problem :tup:I would prefer it if you don't submit so as not to create any issues for you or for me.
