And I don't care for the specs on the shirts.....I'd rather is just have a pic of the car....an official Imprezawrxsti.com logo and that's it. Kinda like the NASIOC t's of old.

I like the first one, the third one, and the 5th one, which is my vote right now. They all look great. I've added a poll, vote and lets pick a favorite and get these babies made. Submit more designs if you have them as well..

I just want to be careful with trademark issues...

Oh yeah, and if we do these I do my best to make SURE that they come in all sizes people could want. I am a "bigger boned" type of guy, and I know how much it sucks when people only make one size and you can't wear it..

Hmmm I was thinking of voting for mine but then #5 is pretty cool. I wonder how it'd look with in gray...with the picture of the STi in the back w/o specs and the front with imprezawrxsti.com in black and sti in red...

jj, thanks for tweaking my post. a poll is a much better idea. please update it if new designs are submitted. and i'm with you on the sizes. i'm a xxl and have been left out in the cold many times, so i'm definately getting xxl. if anyone needs a xxxl or small, please let me know.

hmmm. what *is* the official iws.com logo? something like this, with www and .com around it?

do you have a link to the old nasioc t? i'm going to send an email to subaru and see if they'd let us at least use one of their pics and/or logos. (they certainly provide pics for the press to use freely.) i'm sure magazines will require a fee to use any of their pics. the line drawing is my own, so i don't think that's an issue.

so you're saying: a gray t-shirt; pic of sti on the back like #4 but no specs;and the front like #1? and by "red", you really mean "pink"?

btw, if a shirt is created with a photo of the car, do people want the pic in color or black&white?? i don't have to tell you which is cheaper.

i don't think #1 would look bad if you had the #5 front. keep what you have on the first shirt then just put the small sti logo on the left...then i don't think it would look too bad

My perfect shirt: Take #5, move the STi logo to dead center, and make it long-sleeved.

Subtle all the way.

Edit: Or better yet, emphasize the affiliation with the site, and instead of just "STi" in the center, put ImprezaWRXSTi.com, and slightly bigger. Unless having anything .com emblazoned on our chests would make us all instant nerds... :wink:

Hello all...Just had some quick fun with photoshop tonight...here's another concept t-shirt design...I hope you guys like it. Of course as some of you know already...the design just didn't come from myself...I just mixed and match the other designs...I hope no one gets offended...I'm sorry if I did...I'll remove the post if you want ...it's just a concept...Tell me what you think. :wink:

PS: I'm thinking we can use different color shirts/ink combo...Depends on your car color/preference i guess...Of course IMO the STi on the front should always remain pink! :wink:

what about website baseball caps? same color scheme as the subtle shirt, only with the website logo (whatever one is deemed official)

Or hey...how about a package deal: cap with shirt you get to mix and match color combinations:

WR Blue shirt w/ Gold cap
WR Blue shirt w/ Silver cap
WR Blue shirt w/ Gunmetal cap

Same cap colors available for Aspen White, Platinum Silver Metallic, and Java Black Pearl shirts

Well I live in the deep dirty south, where it gets crazy wet hot. I would prefer the darker shirt so that I am not constantly running around looking like I came straight from a wet t-shirt competition. Although I might like a white shirt for my girl.....heh.

i'm hesitant to get long-sleeved shirts since it is summer. i'd end up sitting on 24shirts until winter.

so what you've described is a long sleeve navy shirt with "imprezawrxsti" on the front (in white, i assume) and nothing else. is that right?
