2nd allocation?

Wondering if anyone knew what size tweeters that subaru is installing in their dealer installed unit and where this goes? I don't see a place on the door panel for it, unless they go somewhere else?

Anyone?

not choosing sides, but...

they go behing the small grills near the door latch. size is about 35mm (1 3/8"). i have a set waiting to be installed, i may be able to get a pic if you'd like.

also check out subaruparts.com, they have the installation instructions in pdf form.

thanks for the reply. I went to the site, but just saw a schematic, no install pdf for that particular application.

The factory "system" comes with a tweeter "back bone." It is my understanding that you can (sometime) get away without using one. However, if you want to use one East Coast WRX makes them. You can see the thread discussing speaker installation at ClubWRX.
