I've been lurking here for some time, great site, thanks to everyone for all the good info. I've got a 2002 WRX wagon and while I'd love to get on a waiting list for the STi (what an amazing car!), I was wondering about the possibility of a wagon version being available in the future. What do you guys think? It has been available in Japan in the past, right?

Another unrelated question: does anyone know if the standard wrx rear wing will fit on the sti in place of the the huge dual element rear wing that comes with the car. The big one is not quite stealth enough for me.

i think with this newly designed impreza, there is no sti wagon version, EVEN IN JAPAN. sooo i'd say tough luck , sorry

what i want is an sti minivan. :roll: i'm being totally serious. we'd like to get a minivan, but we're committed to AWD and subaru. it's bizzare to me that subaru hasn't released a minivan. they made the forester in reaction to the ridiculous, faddish SUV craze. (a huge presumption ) the minivan has been round for what, ~20+ years? i think it's here to stay. so subaru, where is your offering? :evil: [okay, i'm venting.]

I think the rumors of an upcoming Subaru 7-passenger vehicle are still alive. You can still hold out hope.
