I was at Laguna yesterday. I couldn't believe how fast that car was.

My set up RCE T2s, stock power, street tires.

His set up: Full race car with roll cage, COBB tuning, 300HP, Hoosiers C71

MS3s handle like a dream stock, I honestly think it feels better than the STi, even with moderate suspension upgrades.

Just dont go over 350whp, or they start blowing up :p Only thing keeping me from killing my younger brother and taking his 07'

MS3's are really up there with an STI on the track.... Ive always liked MS3's but as an STI owner this makes me sad. Oh well I'm not stock so its all good.

Great video! As fast as the MS3 is your STi stock power is still faster around the track. I know a guy here in Plano that has a Cobb tuned MS3 he has all ready blown one motor running 320hp kinda crappy if you ask me. He told me the blocks are incredibly weak. He has a built motor now and still cant get more than 320hp on the stock turbo. MS3 < STi

The MS3 does have a horrible modding platform beyond exhaust, and they have a weak aftermarket.

Its a shame, with such a capable handling chassis.

Cobb bought an new MS3 to mess around with. They were playing with it when I got my tune back in November. I'm pretty sure the blocks the same on the new model so I dont know how much they're going to be able to do with it as is.
