If you're having trouble, try using Netscape. It wouldn't work for me with IE. I was unable to get the STi Wagon to work (the regular one not the sport one)

Anyone read Japanese out there?

It's kinda quirky, it wouldn't work for me the first time with IE. After that, it was fine. Try not to click anything before it is all loaded, it doesn't seem to like that.
