What type of DP? I am assuming COBB catted? Just for a sanity check you are running 93 octane and nothing lower? Also log your AFR from your o2 sensor. It may not be a wideband but it can give you a general idea if you are in the ballpark at the right throttle inputs. It helped me find a boost leek because it was dumping fuel. Although your AF learning 1 should be showing very high numbers for boost leak.

Anyway, you should be hitting full boost in 3, 4 and 5 but not 1st or 2nd. So that's a check... double check on the AP for what map is currently loaded.

Have you tried re-flashing it and cutting the car off and making sure to give it some time?

Maybe someone else can shed light on this... His wastegate duty % looks similar to the normal wastegate maps. Should the percentage be a little lower for HWG maps?

I know none of this is an actual answer, just thought I'd help check some boxes to get you to an answer.

Check these:
Current Map
Octane
Exhaust leak, especially around DP
AFR from O2 sensor

i did another run this morning

i reflashed back to stock loaded
Stage 2 + SF 93 oct Normal Wastegate V330
still not hitting target boost. did a 4th gear pull. if i had a boost leak would my boost numbers be way different?

Runing cobb catted dp and yes i pumped 93 oct. ill put the afr on an ill do another run. give me about 20 min.

Is it A/F Sens 1 Ratio or A/F Sens 1 Curr.?

To be honest, I am not sure about the leak. I would assume you would still hit target with a leak if not exceed target because of the increased flow but would see funny a/f ratios. Couldn't hurt to check though, turn the car on and spray some soapy water around the mounting points (turbo to dp and dp to mid pipe).

Should be A/F sens 1 Ratio. Curr is the electrical readout from the sensor.
Re: Stage 2 datalog help

here is the bov to tmic gasket. i just recently installed the downpipe yesterday. i double checked every bolt (because it wasnt very roomy and didnt want to un bolt everything again lol) and replaced the turbo to dp gasket and dp to exhaust gasket.

Its a 2011 sti sedan
Mods: cobb catted dp, cobb sf with box filter, stock catback. Maybe when my gas runs out ill try 91oct. Im a little below 1/2 right now on 93oct
Re: Stage 2 datalog help

What's with the gasket pic? Did you not put that back on?! That NEEDS to be ON THERE!

Yeah you are still not hitting the right boost. If there are no leaks or anything, you may have to contact COBB. They may have to come up with a custom wastegate map. They have been known to help people out in your situation.
Re: Stage 2 datalog help

Yea the gasket was on. I was just wondering if its still good. Thats the only gasket I didnt replace. I emailed cobb but have to wait 4-5 days to get it looked at by a tech. Thanks for all the help though. I plan on driving to cobb plano for a custom tune on friday but I wanted to make sure everything is running good
Re: Stage 2 datalog help

Yeah that gasket looks ok. The edges of it don't matter. the main sealing surfaces are really what matters.

I have a similar setup, cobb dp and stock catback. I used to hit boost target with my spt exhaust, but am always 1-2 psi short since I went back to stock catback. I just learned to live with it. Car runs and pulls fine.
Re: Stage 2 datalog help

mine is stage 2 with stock cat back and i will hit 20 psi max boost with my customer tune. So... its not the stock cat back.

all your other parameters look ok.
Maybe you just got one of those cars that needs a HHWG map (ha).... or a pro tune.
id give cobb a call.

It is the catback...on an OTS map. You have a protune.
Re: Stage 2 datalog help

i see what u mean now. i just wanted to clarify that the cat back is not limiting flow that would limit the boost.
Re: Stage 2 datalog help

+1 for that. I have been fighting some knock issues. Masterman shared this with us there as well. Feel free to join us in that thread as well for some updates as I am now in the same boat. Reflashed... things have changed dramatically. Not necessarily bad though because of my knock issues.

i noticed my DAM is at .94 and im getting some knock. could it be the pulley?

This is just another case of your car not liking the OTS map. Get pro tuned and itll go away.

It is protuned. Post #16
.94 DAM and the minor knock correction you are seeing are both within the boundaries that Cobb set of under 1 DAM and under -2.5 Feedback Knock Correction and Fine Knock Learning. I would say if you paid Cobb to give you a custom tune they tuned right up to what they believe is a safe boundary.
