Driving around town those things that show your speed are showing 4 mph slower than my speedo. Today there was a cop doing a radar trap so I asked him if he could clock me. With my speedo reading exactly 35 he had me at between 31 and 32.

Anybody else having this problem? The car is completly stock. Think Subaru can fix this?

This is totally normal in pretty much every vehicle ever manufactured. Go to another state and ask a different cop with a different radar gun and you'll get another different reading. Speedo's are usually close to actual speed but are extrememly very rarely right on.

Well my A4 and my roomie's speedos are dead correct. Think about it, over the life of the car how many extra miles is the odometer going to show as to actual miles?
