SPA Technique has some really cool gauges. 
They come in Digital only format, but you can get a black face with red backlighting. That should match the interior well. Plus, they are accurate to the tenth, and since they are digital you can set warning levels and such.
Only drawback is they are kinda expensive, like 1,000.00 for the three (six) I was looking at. I was looking at:
Boost/Water Temp
Oil Pressure/Oil Temp
and a Dual EGT guage (or maybe differential temp/intercooler temp)
