Volvo is supposedly going to bring over a 300hp six speed S60R AWD. The pricing may be in the high thirties, but you just can't beat Volvo quality. Volvo has also had at least one AWD car in their lineup in the past 20 years so they may know what they are doing. Just something to think about since everyone seems to be bringing in hot AWD's. High thirties? Sounds like Audi S4 territory. Too much $$ to compare directly with Evo or STi (in my opinion).

The Focus doesn't have a production AWD system to get the parts from, unlike Subaru or Volvo. It'd be pretty expensive to develop one for that car with the limited sales it'd prolly see.

But I'd love to see 'em do it...

Volvos are good cars, but their awd system is crap. Somone posted a movie on another Subaru message board a while back that compared volvo's to Subaru's. I did not download and watch the movie, but based on everyones comments on it, volvo's could not even compare to Subaru's.

I bet this Volvo would be very expensive. Much more so than the STi and volvo just doesn't have the same track record as subaru.
