I may be able to make it. I'm schedualed to leave CA on 1 May on my way to Delaware due to job relocation but we were planning on doing some sightseeing on the way since I don't need to report until 31 May. So I could swing down that way to check things out for all of us, and catch Disneyland since I think that my wife said that she hasn't been there before or was there when she was very young. And I don't currently own a Subaru, (though I wish I did buy the WRX)I'm waiting on the STi (even got the wife's permission

Hi guys,

I've been watching this site for a long time, and I'm glad to finally join my fellow speed addicts :smile:. My plans for Rim of the World: I'll probably miss Friday the 3rd, but I will be there on the 4th.

The latest from the Rim website (http://www.rimoftheworldrally.com/schedule.html) specifically sets aside time that Saturday morning for the manufacturers to "present new vehicles, rally game displays, and autograph sessions with team drivers."

Crossing the fingers... and I WILL be taking pictures...

Nowhere on that site does it say you have to be a Scooby owner to attend the event. I get the impression that the "Subaru Owners' Event" mentioned in the i-club invitation is just for a special autograph session & photo opportunities with the WR drivers. I think the rest of the event is open to the general public. If you've heard otherwise, please let us know!

One other thing: I assume you already know since you're in CO, but the Pike's Peak International Hill Climb is on 4th of July weekend! I haven't decided on that one yet.
