nope, only times i would shoot fireballs is when my exhaust is really hot. Other than that nope

^ If you have a catless downpipe then you don't have the stock midpipe.

The midpipe is replaced when you install a downpipe. It was a semantics correction. He was referring to the the resonator pipe.

 

the mid pipe is between the DP and axel back. Which on both the GR and GD is non catted and has nothing to do with the DP.

Fair enough ... per everyone else in the world a midpipe is the one in the video above and on the 11 WRX the guy said he has is from the down pipe to the axelback. I just dont see the point of pointing that out when this is pretty common terminology.

I have seen the subaru diagrams I still fail to see what the point in the comment was when everyone else knew exactly what he was talking about and 99% of the aftermarket calls the Mid pipe the part of the exhaust he is talking about since on all but the turbo XS DP the entire two pipes are replaced by the DP.

I shoot fire and think it's cool. Catless invidia downpipe and Q300 exhaust. Only thing that sucks is how dirty my ti-tip exhaust stays...i shouldn't have spent the extra for the burned tips.

 

im catless with a stock CB, i wonder if i shoot flames? my tips get dirty quickly too.

 

i dont think you do. I ran catless dp mated to my stock cbe, and i dont think i ever shot a flame with the setup.

 

Catless downpipe and a freer flowing cat back exhaust will shoot flames.
