Hello, long time owner of Subarus and just recently lost my swapped GC8. I finally decided to get the STI I've wanted and this past week I became the owner of this 2009 STI hatch. So far it's pretty stock and I'm planning on keeping it that way unless it's necessary to upgrade something.

I just replaced the oem tires, but I'm in the hunt for oem bbs/enkei gold wheels. I hope to get good info regarding this car, grimmlims, etc.

The only issue that I currently have with the car is that when coming to a slow stop, the brakes are making a metal to metal grinding type of noise. I checked the pads and they still have some meat left though.

Miles: 28,800 (6/14/2015)

Replaced front brakes. New rotors and pads from NAPA.

Also removed the wing black wrap.

*Late note: Bought AP v2 and flashed it to stage 1. This got rid of the 3rd gear slump in acceleration.
