There is a single retaining pin on the left side of the driver's side floor. The Canadian STi mats have 2 holes for the driver's side mat, and a single hole for the passenger side. The mats come with 2 brackets that you insert into the seat rail bolts, adding another retaining pin to the driver's side and a single pin to the passenger side. Did that make sense?

Did it not come with the pins? If not I highly recommend you go back to the dealer and tell them to put them in.

man, what should we do then, any viagra for floor pins?
hehe..lol. I wouldn't worry about it that much. Once you have them in for a while they tend to settle in more. I think you should be fine. I also have the winter mats on top.
