Fellas,

Just got everything back together in my 2013 STI after pulling the motor and replacing a failed piston from ringland crack.

When I fire it up, I now get an immediate p0346, p0345 and p0300 code for Camshaft position bank 2, camshaft position sensor, and random misfire. Car immediate goes into limp mode.

CPS worked just fine before removing the engine. Battery is fully charged.

Any ideas?

Have you fixed this problem , as I am getting the same fault.

I rebuilt the motor checked timing a few times and its in.

I also checked resistance & voltage on the sensors plug & sensor.

I done a continuity test and everything seems fine.

Post a pick of you timing. Every time we see this it's from a mis-timed motor..

Low voltage can cause electrical issues, sometimes it can mess with electronics that need a specific amount of voltage in order to operate. So, a bad alternator isn't too farfetched
