Question about rod bearings?
Rebuilding my 2011 STi engine and wanted to know what position is the rod bearings for it. I see there is postion #3 #5 and so forth. Also, would it help if I got the ones with extra oil clearance? For now im just building the bottom end up with Wiseco pistons and manley "I" beam rods, gates kevlar timing belt and water pump, Arp head studs, Killer B oil pickup/baffle/and oil pan. Please let me know if I missed any key components while I have her apart...thanks!
