If Prodrive does revise the front end, does anybody have any guesses as to what the result might look like.

Subaru dropped the ball with the WRX styling, but Prodrive used the extra requirements for the WRC to give it some real character -- the Raccoon look is interesting enough -- so hopefully they'll make a significant improvement to the current Impreza.

Perhaps some fans might have some ideas that they'd care to convey with sketches, renderings, P----Shop, etc., similar to those in the wrX-Files on iwoc.co.uk that were done in anticipation of the New Age Impreza.

I'm thinking of doing some images using actual pictures of a Neon, a Corolla, and something that would give the right cab profile, to prove just how strong the resemblance is.

Woah! Now that looks odd. Ive seen some picture of the Prodrive P1 style and it looks much like the regular WRX STi Euro 300 Im gona go over to subaru.net to see some more pictures.

Also, look at http://www.subaru.co.jp and fins the prodrive style impreza, it doesnt look at all like that.

Actually, pics of that sort are exactly what I was discussing. Nice work.

We know that the current Prodrive model isn't much different from the standard STi, but there is the rumour that Prodrive is doing a redesign of the front end.

For example, would that revision do away entirely with the corner bulge as a separate section? Might Tiburon-style lamps be used? Would the grille remain a blank trapezoid?

maybe they will redesign the car completely. That would be cool. To have an STI in America that noone else has. Then we can sell parts like transmissions to the japanese tuners and make mad cash like they do with their 8K transmissions. But we all know that will never happen.
