OK here is the setup. It's sightly raining / just previously rained. I just started my car, idled for a little, then I got going. 1st gear -> 2nd gear (hard pull) at about 5K RPMs the car backs off fuel and almost completly stops going foward.

Getting on the highway, after driving for a little, 2/3 gear hard pull something.

What the hell is going on?

Engine setup, turboxs short intake, TBE (random tech mid-down) Apex-i GT cat back.

Note: This only happens when it rains/previously rained.

Any clue?

yes I have a boost gauge ... why would it boost too high only in wet weather?

do you have no EM, if not its probably colder when it rains outside which causes your car to overboost and hit fuel cut.

you should be fine with Cobb Stage 2.

edit- put the stock intake back on if you have it and swap the short ram on when you can get protuned to ensure the cobb OTS stg II map to work properly.
