i am a bit confused how much "power" can a stock Engine and stock turbo,internals, and added bolt on parts and turning up the boost And a real good tune on a 2007 Sti without causing damage to the motor..?

your question doesnt really make much sense but if your asking how much power the stock internals hold....thats debatable because there are a lot of factors that go into that for instance how hard you drive the car, maintenance, etc. anytime you increase the hp your run the risk of blowing the motor. as far as parts that really depends on what it is and what it does. sounds to me like you got a lot of reading ahead of you
I would say around 10,000 (power) at the flywheel. Add NOS and you will be around 20,000(power).
