The car has ran great from the moment i got it, has been tuned for each mod (AMBOT Tuned) the car is the daily driver and recently had an issue. I was driving home, not hard on the car at all, 4k in 3rd gear the car jerked forward and wouldn’t move under its own power. Shortly after i turned it off and let it cool down. I attempted to drive again and they car jerks forwards, is running extremely rich (black smoke out of exhaust sometimes) and won’t make over 8psi (normally ran at 24ish psi) when you attempt to drive the car, it will go to 3k rpm in 1st and stick. almost sounds like i’m 2stepping. the cars rpm will shoot up and then they car will die or almost die. At first i believed it was a dead O2 sensor as it follows all the symptoms. however it has been replaced and is still not fixed. the car will most likely be dropped off for a diagnosis but i wanted to hear if anyone has any idea what it could be. all vacuum lines are in tact and attached

use of BoV vs bypass not recommended on Subaru generally; your tuner did not advise against this. tuner also set you up for 24psi boost on stock block. both of these facts lead me to think the tune was probably sketch also ... you could have a major internal issue going on - rings/pistons.
unless you missed something being not attached, i'd immediately (or sooner) do a compression test to rule out ringland or other piston failure

Did you already go through all your charge pipes? A slipped clamp would be the simplest cause.

Go to mach v in sterling. They can hook you up, I used to work there.
And maybe. I moved from Gainesville a while back. I’m now in Winchester. Was in front royal for the last 2 years and work out in chantilly. That’s pretty cool that you’re close though. There’s another guy here that just bought in Gainesville.

I won't argue the 24psi but why are you guys shitting on the BOV? For all you know it's speed density...
