what does 026TN46 stand for??

and this might be gay, but i thought it could be cool. Just some of the people here start getting state STi plates. for example, I live in New York so my plate would be [email protected] (the @ sign is the state logo. dont know if other states have that) [email protected], [email protected] etc...
