Parking lights stay on when car is off. (Not the steering wheel switch)

hey guys, got an 06 sti. I’ve been looking everywhere on how to fix this issue and mostly the results are that it was just the switch on top of your steering wheel, but in my case it is not the switch, the only thing I did is I pulled a fuse (clock fuse) in the engine to turn off the lights meanwhile so my car doesn’t die. any ideas of what could it be? Also the parking lights symbol illuminated on my dash
