It certainly sounds like it and there are good things about living in a timeline that’s as cyberpunk as ours, though I will of course maintain a functioning catalytic converter and not ask my tuner to disable emissions functionality (but I am very excited about the prospect of eventually being able to make minor tuning adjustments myself)
