no sti for me, selling price for wrx? please help

Due to the economy and availibility of the sti, I giving up on getting one for now. It's a wrx for me. I just want to know to the people who bought one, what did you guys get yours for? I read on this post alot of people got theirs around 22k. Is that true? The dealer quoted me 25,100 today. I don't think that's a good deal. Help a guy out will you? Thanks.

What tires not to buy...

There's a good deal on http://www.carsdirect.com which will be expired on 4/30. I remember it's something around $23K with all options checked. Check it out. Perhap you can print out and bring it to the dealer to make them beat it.

have you considered leasing a wrx? low payments, and you can get out in ~ two years when the climate might be better for getting an sti at below msrp.

just a thought.

The Lease may not be such a bad idea.... no mods.... at least don't get caught..... but when the time is right you can hope into a sti. I'm thinking the same thing.... I didn't get a car on order right way due to my school/job situation .... so now i'm in limbo.... I may just buy a used wrx from one of the guy's up grading to the Sti.... if not, I'm gonna have to least the rex.... I don't want to loose my shirt in buying a car and driving it for a year, then trying to sell... The guy's that bought a wrx, now moving up might be lucky as resale will be good, but in 2 years the wrx, I don't think, will have as strong of a resale value as damand with be down. ???
