Was it tested hot or cold?

You're likely fine, but watch for things that would indicated excessive engine wear, like oil consumption.

At that mileage I wouldn't expect it, but you don't know what kind of life it led before you. How does it drive?

Typically the bores wear oval and/or the rings wear. The combination almost always is accompanied by increased oil consumption.

I would try not to think about it too much, and at your next oil change send a sample to Blackstone Labs for analysis. Additionally, you could boroscope inspect the bores through the plug holes to inspect the wear/crosshatch on the cylinder walls.

Is this the original engine for that VIN?
