new exhaust needs tune?

Yes if it is a turboback exhaust. no if its just the catback only.

If you decide on a turboback, the cobb system is pretty good (on the expensive side tho, but you can use an OTS map from a cobb accessport - a protune is always best tho). It will require a tune (EcuTek, open source, cobb tuning with an AP, etc).

Whatever map you put on the car, make sure you datalog.
