This is what I was thinking at first....Sounds more like momentary lag, either in fuel delivery or you run lean for that split second.
Was your trip odometer zeroed out? The stock ECUs have capacitors in them that will hold a charge for a while. To discharge them you have to push the break pedal down once. Otherwise you are not really resetting it.Also I thought this was odd: when we changed the plugs we took the battery out, and when I went to check to see if my realtime map was gone it wasn't, realtime map was still there. I know the car lost power becuase my clock and radio had changed.

I got it figured out. Turned out to be some kind of weird electrical issue that did something to my map.
Reflashed Map, reset ECU, Reset flat foot shiftifng etc., fixed.
