Future:
There's no doubt I have a problem, I love Subaru. My wife lives with it and I don't want to fix it. :D

When I get my new car, I'll be done for a while. Sure I say that now but I don't really know what the future has in store for me yet. I'll post pictures of my new beast when I get it.

As for IWSTI, I joined because this site had/has some good information and it focused on what I like most about Subaru, it's flagship sedan. I will continue to be a member as long as it provides me with what I want; all STI, all the time.

Current picture of both car's was taken last summer, It's not that nice here yet. :)

Thank you for looking!

Awesome list of car's you've owned there. If only I could convince my wife to buy a Forester. Unfortunately she doesn't share my love for Suby's. Maybe someday we'll move to Alaska and she will be forced to drive a Subaru.

9 Subies... Awesome! The '15 should be a great step up from the GD. Very interested to get your thoughts about the two coming right from a GD into the new one.

2015 STI Limited

Options:
Keyless access/start
STI exhaust
Auto dimming mirror

Date Ordered: 15 Feb 14
ETA: May (was June but gladly pulled closer)

2007 STi which will be sold to purchase ordered STI. I drove 5 hours just to look at it before buying. It was the only stock STi within 6 hours, I was stationed at Eglin AFB, FL, at the time. Still completely stock for the exception of all required maintenance.

Current: 2014 Forester XT Touring, this is my wife 10 Anniversary present I surprised her with last year. We love it!

History:
From the day my parents let me borrow their Legacy during high school I've loved Subaru. It my look like I have a problem trading in cars, but my current STi I've had almost 5 years now. The shortest time span of owning one is #3, it was literally a park for a few days while I was working in the field and would drive home and park it while I used #2.

This will be Subaru #9.
1- 1993 Legacy, red light runner hit me and took this out in 2001.
2- 2005 Impreza 2.5 RS, traded in for 06 TR
3- 1991 Legacy, beater for my old work schedule.
4- 2006 WRX TR, traded in for #5.
5- 2009 Forester L.L. Bean Edition, traded in for #6.
6- 2007 STi, current car.
7- 2011 Forester Touring, traded in for #8.
8- 2014 Forester XT Touring, LOVE this car.
9- 2015 STI Limited, on order and will be selling #6 for this.

Perfect car for Anchorage. Lived there for a long time. Congrats on the new STI. I drove a buddies 2006 and the 2015 reminds me of how good the GD was.

Since I don't have to wait on my car anymore, I've decided to wait for yours. Hopefully that relieves some of the burden. ;-)

Question In Regards To the Forester. Do you see it being enough space for two dogs and a babyseat in the back. Both dogs under 100 lbs each.

Re: Nativepenguin's 2015 STI Limited Journal

Honestly I don't know, I've never had any pets (son is allergic) but there is a ton of room for baby seats. Had a 09 Forester which has a little less room than the new one with a forward and rear facing baby seats with no problems. I just cant answer the pet questions. I hope I helped a little.

Re: Nativepenguin's 2015 STI Limited Journal

Got an updated ETA, 3 June. Not May like it was in the beginning of the month but I do appreciate having a day and not just the month.
