Enough already with all these pics! :x  :D One more month... I hope. This is killing me now that I am seeing all these pics of STis starting to show up on the couple of forums I frequent.

I will say that silver does look nice all clean. The silver wheels look odd. I guess because I am just used to always seeing gold ones on STi. It looks good though. Now I need to see a nice pic of a clean black one.

Hey Michael - I'm in CT and have ordered a black one as well....you're not the only crazy one! That car sure does look smooth in that color. And surprisingly, I think the wing isn't quite as obtrusive as I find it in the blue. Are you thinking about making a run up Mt. Mansfield at any point?

StuBrown-

I dont drive the Mansfield gap, (Called Smugglers Notch) that often, it is very tight, too tight really to have much fun. I prefer Lincoln Gap, (also called Muculaghs turnpike) which is near Sugar Bush. Much faster, and during the week fewer cars. On the weekend, bikers are out there trying to throw themselves off the mountain. The state police have started to have more of a presence there because of it. :( There are TONS of great roads in Vermont, rt 100 being one of the best. Lots of others as well.

amdmaxx-

Black in Vermont in the winter turns into slate grey with all teh salt and grime we have. Black looks best when clean, and worst when dirty, whcih is about 5 months of the year here.

We used to have a house in Dover and I remember lots of drives up Route7 (from CT) very fondly....think that may be a fun drive too....although I can't wait to get it onto Route 112 (Kancamagus Hwy) in the White Mtns. of NH. Hopefully the black paint wears o.k. with the NE winters!

Blue must be the dominate color though. I talked to my dealer just the other day and I asked him about their allocation and what colors were ordered. Out of ten STi's they are getting, every car except mine was Blue with Gold wheels. I ordered in Black. At least no one will argue who gets mine!

I hear that about the blue. That is my color choice. That is the only problem i have is there will be alot of WR blues. My dealership expects to get only like 2-3 sti's total. They have mine and a white one ordered. If they get another one it will be whatever color subaru sends them they said. Peace!!
