I would do this rather than a supercharger too. Check out Tom's Turbo Garage on youtube. He swapped a LS3 into a NB miata, it looks easy with these swap kit so I guess it will be similarly in difficulty with a BRZ/FRS

There are very few things an LS swap isn't great in.



On the other hand, I think you'd be much better off just buying a Corvette in this case.

Better? Sure, but at close to twice the cost.
Yeah. Just buy a used Vette.

good short article. For about 3,000 pds, you get a truly great performance car! And these engines are very reliable too, along with the 6 speed transmission. If that is not enough power though, you can always add a Pro-Charger and gain another 150 hp ;)

I had my last car (2009 Cobalt SS) built by Performance Autowerks out of Plainfield,IL. They are known for their LS swap in the Solstice and Sky. I had the chance of driving a customers there and it was awesome. I would think the BRZ would perform much like that, which would make it a fun little car.
