Does anyone have any suggestions for a decent all-season tire for my STi? I live in Maine, and we get quite a bit of the white stuff in the winter. I don't want a high-performance all-season...just something that will be decent in the the snow. I checked out tirerack.com, but they didn't seem to have anything on their site for an '04 STi.

i've always used dunlop d60a2 on my previous car (se-r). i did a *lot* of miles in the snow, living in michigan, with my wife's family in lake-effect cleveland, and my family in northeast/poconos pennsylvania. ymmv.

If you get a lot of snow I would be looking into a set of dedicated winter tires and rims. I am probably going to go with a set of the Pirelli Snow Sports or Dunlop Winter Sports due to their great snow rating but also good dry ratings.
