Just wanted to start an off topic thread to post some of the recent cars/trucks we've done some work on. These are the customers that have ok'd us posing pictures and videos.

Let us know what you think. This thread will grow of course. We only post from cars of customers that ok us posting pictures and videos, I have no want to draw attention to someone if they do not approve it.

Re: JS Auto Designs Customer Cars

2012 Ford SVT Raptor

George wanted some custom headlights, full cat back and also some PIAA fog lights.

We did the full light install with our custom HID kits, wired the Halo's and LED's in the headlights up as DRL's. The truck did not have them to begin with, DRL's that is.

We then did the MBRP Stealth Black Cat-Back exhaust, there is a link to the stock vs. MBRP video we did below.

He also wanted the boring amber reflectors out of the mirrors. We replaced them with an amber LED that acts as a turn signal and is smoked out to give the blacked out look on the mirror.

Lastly he had PIAA fog lights from his old quad. He wanted them wired up to the Factory AUX switches built into the truck and custom mounted. We built the brackets, re painted the housings mate black and polished the lenses on the lights. Got them all mounted and now he is ready for some back woods trucking. He chose to have us use the pre-punched angle iron for mounting because there is a chance he would like to add 2 more lights inside and has actually moved the current lights to the center depending on where he is driving, this focuses the light more forward, down the trail, rather then wide on the edges of the trail. He wanted options.

Much more to come on this truck, just laying out a plan now for him.

Re: JS Auto Designs Customer Cars

Just a simple headlight restoration here.

Marks Honda Ridgeline headlights needed some sanding and polishing but it brought the luster back and "I CAN SEE AT NIGHT" as he said when we delivered the truck back to him.

After doing the restore, a UV protection coat is applied and in a few weeks we will re apply to guarantee a long lasting non yellowing or non clouding headlight

Jared's 2011 Dodge RAM 1500

Jared had some visions and we have a lot more to do on this truck as days go by.

We currently have a Hypertech tuner installed, Jared wanted this in an easy to access place so he decided to mount it to the intake box which has proved to be very nice for updating. The Hypertech tuner is a piggy back system but is one of the most stable we have used to date on any truck that has come through the shop. This wokrs great with the fullAFE Intake and Cat-Back exhuast as well as throttle plate space we supplied and installed for him.

He also wanted to throw some HID's in to start. We are currently working on a full retro fit now so that will be updated later. Not a huge fan of putting HID's in reflector housings but everything is now 100% wired so once the Retro Fit is finished its just a swap of the bulbs and housings and he is driving again.

Also attached is a video of our custom hood scoops. Jared wanted to turn the hood scoops into Parking lights, I wanted to one up it and have them as turn signals too. We used 5mm ultra bright individual LED's, made our own harness, which is dont for every electrical install we do, wire wrapped and protected using real waterproof connectors and soldering every joint. Everything is custom wired and looks amazing and full functioning. Check out the video to see.

The pictures are after a few weeks of driving so dont mind the mess, he uses his truck which is great to see.

Today Scott had his 2013 Subaru BRZ at JS Auto Designs. We had many parts here for him and this is just the beginning of the projects.

First we tackled the cat-back exhaust, installing a full MAGNAFLOW Cat-Back. You can see the video of the comparison at the link below.

Next we got the front bumper off, removed the sound tube from the factory intake as well as the whole OEM intake, installed the black silicone PERRIN inlet tube and full wrinkle red PERRIN cold air intake.

While the bumper was off we installed a Grill Craft black powder coated grille to the lower bumper opening.

After everything was reinstalled we flashed the car with a new Tune using ECU-Tek to give him that little bit of boost he was looking for in addition to the extra sound and style

Next spring we will be installing a full supercharger setup as well as finishing the exhaust with an over pipe, and cat pipe.

Haven't updated with any car installs in a while.

Her is one of the recents ones though.

2012 Subaru WRX, got Sameer lined up with a Turbo XS cat-less downpipe, CORSA cat-back, DEFI Red Racer Boost Gauge, COBB Accessport and full tune. The tune will be a work in progress of the next month or so as boost creep is checked with the cat-less down pipe and of course getting through the winter gas that is out there. More parts and updates to come.

Sameer has been raving about the exhaust since he left tonight. NO DRONE!, loves the sound when you get on it, tons of growl, NO DRONE!

Shouldn't this thread be in the vendor section? Member's journals at least...

Vendor I can understand but I can only have one thread open at a time there in each section. This isn't a forsale thread, just posting about some cars we work on. No where near everything, just a random selection. It's also not a member thread because these cars do not belong to members

I'd be fine if the mods move it anywhere. We just figured off topic was a good place to just post some cars we work on.

We don't want this to bother anyone, was just a ought this would be the best place, no set topic for this, so we figured off topic.

Hell, I don't care where you put it, OT is kind of a no-man's land anyway...
